yeeah, that's not a word (or is certainly not a word in Latin, what with that k) but I can assume given prior context that this is some quasi-phonetic rendering of an Arabic term for reciprocity; honestly thrilled to be ushering "mutekesia" into English as another weirdly romanized loanword, this time essentially to mean "mutually proportional."
