I'm reaching #nativeunion support because I orderer a product that is incompatible with my iPad. It's fine, I didn't read the fine print, and that's my fault. Therefore, since it's less that 14 days, I ask for a return.
Their support, thrilled by using AI I bet, "decided" to answer to me in Luxembourgish while my original message was in French. Had to Google Translate.
