Halifax man pleads guilty to weapon and drug charges as judge rules police raid was legal
In a decision released Monday, Justice Jamie Campbell of the Nova Scotia Supreme Court said a search warrant used by Halifax police when they descended on a Fairview home in October 2023 was valid.
