Option 3: Implement the necessary methods yourself; see, for example, https://azadvertising.co/how-to-stop-ai-from-scraping-your-website/

In all cases, keep in mind: any information provided in this regard is merely a request or wish to the visiting crawlers. Whether they follow it is up to them. Otherwise, Option 1 remains.
