good to hear. probably too late for me, but hopefully they have made the switch before my kid graduates college.
right now the situation is that you only get an interview if you lie, and then companies complain when it turns out their resume-filters have selected only liars. the whole online job hunting thing is done, we just haven't realized it yet.
