Public transit apps should come with an option note. Like “hey so the transfer is a 12 minute wait but if you think you can make it and you don’t walk like a lil bitch you can try to make the one in 4 minutes. Good luck have fun bestie”
@hazelweakly not quite that, but the Transit app does have "hurry up" if you "go" for a bus that it thinks you can't walk to in time.
@nxskok @hazelweakly Transit also allows you to set travel speeds for each individual travel mode. For walking you get a choice of 1, 2, 2.7, 3.1, 4 mph.
@SnoopJ @hazelweakly I didn't know this!

@nxskok wait what where? Oo

EDIT: found it at the very top of the settings!

@adrianc I got it by clicking my avatar and then "on the sidewalk", and then it was the second one (below "prioritize walking"). I expected it to be in "settings and accessibility", which it isn't, but I made sure to check "use metric system" in there.

Where I am, we have longer-distance buses and trains called Go Transit, so the app saying "ride with GO" was confusing at first.

@nxskok thanks!!

Yeah I can understand why haha
