Yesterday, my partner and I took a moment from the earthmoving to sit in the sun and enjoy a chicken and green-thing-from-the-garden wrap. Nice

There we saw this flower.

The trouble is, this one flowered in the second half of March (in #Bywong, near #Canberra). Sometime after that, the first frost should come, and all the bulbs hunker down for winter.

But this photo was taken TODAY. It is mid May.
That poor pink flower bulb doesn't know what the date is anymore. #ClimateChange has buggered up its calendar. The frost hasn't come. Today it was 9° overnight and now it's 20°.

So it is flowering a _second_ time.

When you next see a farming or rural person; ask them if their bulbs flowered twice.

Ask them if they think that's a problem.

Ask them if that happened for their parents.

Ask them what they think it'll be like for their children.
