she replied to email, said she's visiting my brother for my nephew's birthday and also her mailbox is full because she gets 150 spam calls a month, wow
F3715H@F3715H I think my parents still use Vonage for their landline and I suspect they don't have very good spam controls compared to cellphone providers
also maybe I need to start defaulting to calling her cellphone but historically she usually doesn't have it turned on unless she's the one doing the calling, because boomer logic

@fluffy I'm glad #coldcalling individuals is illegal in my juristiction and regulators literally cut abusers' lines…
@F3715H I need to see what the state of that is where I am because lately I've been getting multiple spam calls a day from a company called "Run It Remote LLC" but they all get caught by my phone's spam filter
