It's been a few days and the exporter is working perfectly. I haven't really tooted about the source code as there are still some bits I want to add. It will be available for anyone who wants it in case they too happen to have an ancient telldus sensor network and want to make better use of it.

The exporter uses two tiny libraries that I put together for the purpose, libmhttpd and libopenmetrics which take care of the serving and the generating of openmetrics data. Check them out here:
