Dr Emma Kate WardCitymapper doesn't have exactly this, but when you've chosen a route with a specific connection, it does show the few connecting options before the recommended one and the few after, so you can see if there's a chance.
What I also really want is an option like "hey so we suggested this journey because in theory it's the fastest, but we see that you've been delayed for a while so now it would be quicker to change route completely, quick get out!"
