Carrying on with another one from #XTC - this is one of the Ape House reissues which sound pretty good to me. I’d say that Mummer is probably my least played album of theirs though. Still great, obviously. #vinyl #NowPlaying
Bez Lightyear@revivalrecords at the time it felt like a massive disappointment after Black Sea -> English Settlement, but listening back now, it's a great album.
@Bez_Lightyear Yes, totally agree. Probably why I kind of overlooked it. But really enjoying it tonight. They were, of course, ahead of their time with this album and I think I probably wasn’t ready to appreciate it back then.
