Hey, it was my mistake to announce the disbursements button was enabled. I was only told that PayPal had been connected, and I made the assumption that that meant the disbursements had been enabled, but the team is testing things to make sure they work reliably before enabling it. In hindsight, this makes more sense -- it would be worse to enable the feature and have it be broken than to wait and have it work correctly. Apologies for that.
However, I imagine it won't be too long, as the major hurdle was getting through PayPal's setup process.

you know, I can believe problems with PayPal. But when I send two emails to [email protected] and get no responses - this is not a PayPal problem. it is the owners attitude problem.
