Pisa, 8 mag. (Adnkronos) - "Il mare, come ben sappiamo, è in sofferenza a livello globale. Il Mediterraneo è un hot spot, nel senso che può essere equiparato ai grandi ghiacciai. È un luogo dove gli effetti del riscaldamento del clima si sentono più intensificati rispetto ad altri luoghi. Il mare è la nostra culla e soffre. Soffre di inquinamento, soffre di sovrasfruttamento, soffre. E allora è importante riportare l'attenzione, perché qualunque politica volta ad aiutare le persone, le tante persone che vivono di mare, che oggi si trovano spesso in difficoltà nelle loro imprese, non può prescindere dalla tutela di questo ecosistema che non possiamo assolutamente permetterci di perdere". Lo ha detto la conduttrice tv Sveva Sagramola, presidente della Giuria di “Pagine d'aMare”, durante la cerimonia di premiazione della rassegna letteraria promossa e organizzata dal Ministro per la Protezione civile e le Politiche del mare, Nello Musumeci, in collaborazione con il Ministero della Cultura e, per questa edizione, con il Comune di Pisa, che si è svolta ggi, nella Sala delle Baleari di Palazzo Gambacorti a Pisa.
"Nel giro di sei mesi - ha raccontato Sagramola - tutte le volte che avevo un momento libero, magari un viaggio in treno, mi concentravo, leggevo i libri. È stato un bel viaggio, molto divertente, molto affascinante. Ci sono delle cose che mi sono veramente rimaste nel cuore. Ho avuto delle sorprese. Mi ha colpito l'estrema sensibilità di tutti gli scrittori, di tutti gli autori nei confronti della condizione del mare e della sua fragilità e l'urgenza che avevano comunque di raccontare e mettere in evidenza l'importanza di proteggerlo, il mare e di tutelarlo.

Pisa, May 8 (Adnkronos) - “The sea, as we know, is suffering globally. The Mediterranean is a hotspot, meaning it can be compared to the great glaciers. It is a place where the effects of climate warming are felt more intensely than in other places. The sea is our cradle and it suffers. It suffers from pollution, it suffers from overexploitation, it suffers. And therefore it is important to bring attention back, because any policy aimed at helping people, the many people who live from the sea, who today are often in difficulty in their businesses, cannot do without the protection of this ecosystem that we absolutely cannot afford to lose.” This was said by television presenter Sveva Sagramola, president of the jury for “Pagine d’aMare”, during the award ceremony of the literary review promoted and organized by Minister for Civil Protection and Sea Policies, Nello Musumeci, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture and, for this edition, with the Municipality of Pisa, which took place today, in the Sala delle Baleari of Palazzo Gambacorti in Pisa.
“In six months - Sagramola recounted - every time I had a free moment, perhaps a train journey, I would concentrate and read the books. It was a beautiful journey, very fun, very fascinating. There are things that have really stayed in my heart. I had surprises. I was struck by the extreme sensitivity of all the writers, of all the authors towards the condition of the sea and its fragility and the urgency they still had to tell and highlight the importance of protecting the sea and safeguarding it.”
