When I learned paper coffee cups were plastic lined. All of them. Microplastics supernova. Filling our bodies full of plastics that can only be removed when we bleed.

I now use only ceramic, glass, and stainless.

I spent half my career in maintaining plastic manufacturing plants and became aware of the horror. We still have time 😣
