Are there any constructed languages (including non-spoken) that are especially good for non-verbal thinkers (specifically those who don't have an easy time translating thought into words) or for people with disorganized speech (and possibly thought)?

Have any been designed with that goal in mind?

What might it take to design a language with this goal (or the goal of addressing a single thinking style, as there are more than just verbal and non-verbal)?

Inspiration: I was learning about ASL grammar (I don't know ASL) today as a result of the last few #dumbingofage updates and discussion on them, and it appeared to my naive perspective that the thought process of composing sentences in ASL might be significantly different than in spoken english dialects.
