I am seeing a lot of volatility in services caused, I think, by the inorganic force-feeding of AI technology onto business platforms. My local CVS replaced a very serviceable phone-tree system with an AI agent and it's a disaster. Every goddam time I have to use it the process ends with me screaming "representative!" five times, then being sent to voicemail where I begin by venting about the system before leaving a message with my simple request.

I have a list of businesses I will not deal with again, because their customer service was required after astonishing mistakes and customer support was endless AI

I am willing to pay licensed attorneys good money to handle these rogue businesses
