as an acdemic, i am never happy with course evaluation processes. a main frustration is having to evaluate students against what they know, instead of the progress that they have made. i also dont like basing evaluation on pure knowledge, but i am pretty ok with evaluation processes that focus on applying knowledge. i would also be ok with only formative evaluation, but i think my employer would be against this. #Education #Evaluation
