I'm not going to bother linking to it (anyone who doesn't think there isn't already too much antisemitism on the internet can make like a cooker and Do Their Own Research), but after English newspaper cartoonist Peter Brookes published a vile hook-nosed caricature of a Jewish politician I'd expect Brookes to be first in the firing line if Keir Starmer was actually serious about stamping out antisemitism.

Yup, a perfect example of the hypocritical arguments coming from those who use antisemitism as a weapon.

It was foul and missed the mark entirely.

Now that the Telegraph is owned by Axel Springer, who also gobbled up Politico, we can expect more far-right material to proliferate in both publications.

CEO Mathias Döpfner considers himself a "non-Jewish Zionist. He's a fan of JD Vance and "a close associate of Netanyahu".

On its website Springer describes one of its core principles as "solidarity with the libertarian values of the United States of America".

Nuff said.
