hummieGood morning, friends. Today I’m off to the zoo. I know, it’s a bit silly – they’re all locked up there and aren’t allowed out; they don’t live freely there :( But at least this way we can help ensure they continue to be looked after. It’s a vicious circle! If you’d like, I’ll keep you updated and send you a few photos of the animals and me.
We’ve just been told off in Danish because we didn’t press ‘stop’ in time. But they let us out afterwards. We’d bravely tried to communicate in Danish, but all that came out was ‘sorry’ (in Danish) and ‘ok’ – now we’re going for a one-kilometre walk to let it all sink in.

That really was the cosiest zoo I’ve ever visited. Here’s a final photo of the otters – I’d rather not tell you how they were fed. It’s waaaay too warm. I popped into the flea market for a bit. Luckily, card payments didn’t work there – and they don’t take Hummer Dollars either. So I managed to get through it all quite well and without spending too much.
