BLUF: Maritime intelligence firm Windward AI has identified a cluster of 10 U.S.-sanctioned, Iran-linked tankers spoofing AIS location and destination data to appear anchored off Basrah, Iraq, while covertly loading sanctioned Iranian crude in Iranian ports.
