WesDym@lindasgoluppiart There's speculation by more than a few people that the entire thing was rehearsed, and that the purpose was to strengthen the argument for the ballroom he wants. The only evidence that seems possibly suggestive to me is apparently many, many short, similar posts by many conservatives saying that this incident argues for the necessity of a presidential ballroom.
If true, then the whole affair is extremely pathetic, the comically stupid stuff of poorly-written political satire.
@wesdym If so it would appear to be aimed at the diminishing support amongst those who wear blinkers to most of his appalling actions. However perhaps more than for a ballroom, which he seems to be driving through whatever anyone else thinks, it seems to be aimed at the mid terms. I'm hoping for the US and the rest of the world, that the blinkers fall off, and yes, either way your last sentence is something I completely agree with.

Again, as last time it happened (and Trup safe in his bullet proof vest) , I wonder if this event hasn't been staged to get Mr Presidents ratings up, ahead of the elections???
