Most seaside resort towns seem to be conservative to reactionary, particulary the businesses and the goods that they carry. I see a lot of Trump 2028 t-shirts on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD, for example. Rehoboth Beach is largely the opposite. There’s a significant gay component to the community, and businesses have signs like this outside. It doesn’t surprise me that Joe Biden has a home here.
