Offaly County Council invites artists, community groups and cultural organisations to apply for a new creative opportunity - Creative Commemorations funding - which supports innovative ways to reflect and learn from our past. This creative opportunity is supported by Offaly County Council and the Department of Communications, Culture and Sport.
