A week ago I found out that my credit card was blocked, due to fraudulent transactions. Couldn't see any message from ING about that and had to call their fraud desk to find out what happened.

Only this morning I got a notification in the ING app telling me that my card was blocked, and I should contact the fraud desk. A notification 10 days late...

@Dany Theyll also do everything in their power to not reimburse you if you have fallen victim to some scam and lost money due to it while simultaneously fighting multiple government imposed fines for proven conviction that they knowingly aide large scale laundering. :)

The ING has no redeeming qualities.

@obsidian nah, someone did a number of manual transactions, cardholder not present. Because for some reason backwards USA is still not up to speed implementing EMV chips and those are still option. Didn't even need to dispute them. But a timely notification would have been nice.
