Roma, 23 apr. (Adnkronos) - "Saranno programmi monografici dedicati al grande repertorio: sette incontri con sette autori fondamentali come Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms. Portarli per strada, a contatto diretto con le persone, in una zona popolare come Garbatella, ha tolto quell'aspetto elitario che esiste in certo mondo della musica classica ma che è completamente assente dallo spirito della Roma Tre Orchestra. È un'occasione per rendere popolare e democratica la grande musica, per portarla davvero a tutti". Lo ha dichiarato Valerio Vicari, direttore artistico della Roma Tre Orchestra, a margine della presentazione del festival estivo di musica classica e lirica a Roma 'La musica è una cosa meravigliosa' che si è tenuta presso il Ministero della Cultura.
"Torna per la seconda volta il festival alla Garbatella - ha proseguito Vicari - in una sede bellissima che ci mette a disposizione Inps e grazie al sostegno di Fondazione Roma e del Ministero della Cultura. Tutto questo avviene dopo il successo dello scorso anno. La Roma Tre Orchestra è composta da 60 elementi, giovani under 35, che saranno guidati da grandi direttori come Gustav Kuhn, Enrico Bronzi, Luigi Piovano e tanti altri. L'idea è quella di rendere davvero questo grande repertorio accessibile a tutti. Il pubblico penso lo abbia capito e ha amato questi capolavori per quello che sono, senza filtri, in maniera estremamente naturale".

It’s an opportunity to popularize and democratize great music, to truly bring it to everyone.” This was stated by Valerio Vicari, artistic director of the Roma Tre Orchestra, on the sidelines of the presentation of the summer festival of classical and operatic music in Rome ‘La musica è una cosa meravigliosa’ which took place at the Ministry of Culture.
“The festival returns to Garbatella for the second time – Vicari continued – in a beautiful location made available to us by Inps and thanks to the support of Fondazione Roma and the Ministry of Culture. This is all happening after the success of last year. The Roma Tre Orchestra consists of 60 members, young people under 35, who will be guided by great conductors such as Gustav Kuhn, Enrico Bronzi, Luigi Piovano and many others.
