@spawnofzap yeah, although thankfully the DDOS only affects this instance, the rest of fedi is still running smoothly. the power of decentralization :P
@GroupNebula563 sure is nice, yeah. i just wish the ddos was targeted at something like one of the meaner instances so it was doing people a favor

...although bluesky got a similar DDOS as well (and the whole network there died), so i think someone's just going around DDOSing alternative social platforms for some reason :P
