I have no idea if companies like Incogni and DeleteMe actually do anything of value, but if there were a service that just filed actual lawsuits on my behalf for privacy consent violations, I'd sign up in a heartbeat.
Heck, I'd probably even change my residency to a jurisdiction with stricter regulations if this service existed.
This week's wall-o-shame are Pennymac and Dell, if you're keeping a list of companies to never, ever do business with. Dell's was particularly egregious: A marketing email that claimed to be a transactional email that I could not unsubscribe from, that came exactly three days after their compliance department claimed to have completed a complete deletion of my personal data.
