Amazing UX design from Apple, where you can put a MacBook to sleep by pressing the touch ID button, but if you use a finger with a registered print and leave it on there for a fraction of a second too long, it wakes right back up again.

@tastapod The extra layer of annoyance is that I weaned myself off using cmd-ctrl-Q because the power button seemed easier.

@kerryb I always use Cmd-Ctl-Q (ok X key with Dvorak) because I mostly use an external mechanical keyboard, so no biometrics.
