Never understood this idea of being an “influencer” and optimizing for it. Everything that comes out of it seems so broken, like this new trend of packaging my knowledge in a SKILL.md as an evolution of buy my course, subscribe to my newsletter, or listen to my podcast.

I don’t think “influencing” deserves the damage that social networks are making to its semantics.

@pedro I find skills useful as prompt snippets. They dont contaminate the context and you use them on demand.
