Pretty disappointing to see an art critic write "Anarchism here does not mean anarchy but co-operation". I know we probably still need to explain Kropotkin, but anarchy does quite explicitly mean co-operation. That's the whole point. https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2026/apr/23/has-the-world-grown-weary-of-art-biennials-in-search-of-an-antidote-a-portuguese-festival-turns-to-anarchism
Has the world grown weary of art biennials? In search of an antidote, a Portuguese festival turns to anarchism

Art festivals around the globe have been accused of clearing a path for monied elites to take over. But the city of Coimbra has more radical ambitions

This grumpy post brought to you by a week of listening to nothing but the great Cool People Who Did Cool Stuff podcast, particularly their series on Ukrainian anarchists during the Russian civil war, contemporary dissidents in Russia and Belarus, and the band Crass https://www.iheart.com/podcast/1119-cool-people-who-did-cool-96003360/
Cool People Who Did Cool Stuff | iHeart

As long as there’s been oppression, there’ve been people fighting it. This weekly podcast dives into history to drag up the wildest rebels, the most beautiful revolts, and all the people who long to be—and fight to be—free. It explores complex stories of resistance that offer lessons and inspiration for us today, focusing on the ensemble casts that make up each act of history. That is to say, this podcast focuses on Cool People Who Did Cool Stuff.

I'm also writing a lot at the moment about self-building and DIY, heavily informed by the wonderful work of Colin Ward https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colin_Ward
Colin Ward - Wikipedia

Ward's "Housing: An Anarchist's Approach" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Housing:_An_Anarchist_Approach is about as clear a statement you could get on Anarchism as, in Ward's words, "an assertion of human dignity and responsibility. It is not a programme for political change but an act of social self-determination".
Housing: An Anarchist Approach - Wikipedia

I highly recommend Ward's "Anarchism: A Very Short Introduction" as an introduction to his ideas, and Anarchism in general. And follow it up with "Anarchy in Action", his central text. All are freely availably online, because: Anarchism is Co-operation. https://archive.org/details/anarchism-a-very-short-introduction-ward-colin
