New Laptop for me, now on Framework-13 as well as some cli tools recommendations.

Congrats on the new laptop BTW; when it's time for me to get a new one, I already have Tuxedo and Framework in my shortlist. My aim is to get Linux running as a primary OS. I'm still stuck on macOS / M1 Mac Mini.
