When lawyers use AI and get caught… This case involves my good friends and local southern Oregon legends the Wisnovsky brothers. They just won big, and the opposing lawyers in this frivolous lawsuit got seriously fined and sanctioned for submitting AI briefs with hallucinated citations. Uh-huh‼️ The suit, filed by a nasty, greedy and estranged sibling was dismissed with prejudice.
