A bus stop in Trzebież, Poland kept getting destroyed by vandals.

Local mayor installed a punching bag next to it.

Vandalism stopped completely.

@rolf Call me a cynic but I'm actually quite surprised. I'd always assumed that vandalism was a result of nihilism brought on by frustration. I would have expected vandals to need to BREAK something, not just punch it.

Perhaps I underestimated people.
