Do the specialist departments within the French authorities insist on Microsoft Office quite as strongly as they do in Germany?

That’s great, though; I hope other countries will follow this example, and hopefully Germany will learn from it and do the same. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.
