@cory I've been scouring his tapes for a couple of years now. I'm pretty sure he has some solid Husker Du and Fugazi ones. As a live fan aficionado, it's a shame he didn't have access to some of the low-key mics they have now...
@wendigo Yeah, I added a few of his to my Navidrome box. He had a great My Bloody Valentine one from 92 and a good J Church one too.
@cory I’ve poked at a few of these: they sound better than I expected. I need to set aside a day and go grab some of the sets by bands I’m into.
@jzb Yeah, I grabbed one of the My Bloody Valentine ones from the 90s. It sounded much better than the new ones. There was a good J Church one too.
