Jacob PrattI took the time to write up a full specification of the format descriptions for `time`, including differences between the different versions. It's not short (~5000 words) and there are still some outstanding issues, but overall I'm really happy with it.
Now to create a compliance test suite…I'm already implementing compatibility with `quickcheck`, which should be useful.
Time to pore over the spec with a fine toothed comb!
