For several years now, I — along with many others — have been witnessing a distressing trend : the accessibility of Apple systems for blind customers is deteriorating with every upgrade, and yet, your company appears indifferent to this situation.
I hope that this open letter will raise your awareness, and I ask that Apple finally stops its hollow marketing at the expense of the blind Community and reverses the ship back toward the path of excellence. Let the Mac, the iPhone, and your other products once again become what they were meant to be: tools of empowerment.
