@zarel There's definitely italians out there doing permacomputing style stuff (I've met one or two!), they're just not calling it that (yet) :D

@hachem For this we need to consider the origin story of the vienna permacomputing meetup! Let's rewind the clock ~15 months:
1. @praxeology announces another edition of the Berlin permacomputing meetup
2. I am swooning over it in a comment on mastodon, also noting that it's unfortunately out of reach for me
3. @praxeology suggests we start our own in Vienna
4. @Ansimorph writes that he'd be game to organize it with me
5. The Vienna permacomputing meetup is born.
So hereby I formally declare "You could start one in Paris", and with this you're now just one more person and reply away from permacomputing Paris becoming reality! :)
