@LordWoolamaloo I genuinely hope that somebody on the first team that actively tries to colonize the moon has watched Space:1999!

@masp when I was a kid on summer hols one year, there was a Space 1999 exhibition in Blackpool. 8 year old me was happily running around it for ages (my poor parents!). Costumes, sets, see your face on a Comlok! It was just along from the permanent Doctor Who exhibition, so double geek heaven that year

@LordWoolamaloo now I’m jealous! I spent quite a while in the Doctor Who exhibition when it was in Bristol, but I would’ve jumped at a space 1999 exhibition!

@LordWoolamaloo I’ve said this before, but if the ultra-rich have not already built perfectly accurate, functional replicas of the Enterprise bridge, the TARDIS control room and Main Mission in their mansions then they really don’t deserve to have that much money :)
