Fabio Manganiello@daliarezk @gazaverified the idea of the archive is to archive everything posted by verified accounts on the Fediverse.
Archiving comments and replies also allowed us to investigate some activities of accounts suspended for spam and have more solid evidence for appeals, for example.
However, I am open to feedback around archiving replies and comments. It can be based either opt-in or opt-out, or just disable it altogether if enough people don’t believe that there’s much value in archiving replies.
