News / Anniversaries: Animal Crossing turns 25
You might have noticed the two posts I put out earlier. They're actually part of a much larger event of the Animal Crossing series turning 25. Today (April 14 2026) marks 25 years since the N64 release of Animal Crossing in Japan, and Nintendo has celebrated it by adding tracks from the original game to Nintendo Music and sending an exclusive item to people's mailboxes. Additionally, Nintendo is distributing a custom design based off of the original games artwork if you search for design ID MO-4LVP-F8V6-KL0B in the Able Sisters.

## News / Nintendo Music: Stream Animal Crossing GameCube tracks As part of the weekly updates to the #NintendoMusic service, Nintendo has today added tracks from Animal Crossing on the GameCube which you can now stream.
