My mother was raised old school, so internalized misogyny—she is a misandrist and i have worked years to unpack those instilled attitudes (insert #movie line about men being like tissues soft & disposable). I finished by saying that there are people who will believe that we are to blame for allowing this embezzlement to happen just like people blame the now grown #epstein victims for not knowing better at 14/15.
