@mwl I haven't had issues flashing other devices with nRF Connect in the past, but I don't have a device right now to try it (and I've never used a Prolo ring). My gut says it's probably asking for a specific file type and none of the files match. You could maybe try using App Manager to intercept the file access intent and see what it's looking for
