Best shady spot plants UK
#Fedoogle
@Tattie Pulmonaria, good for native bees (plus trans flag colour flowers!)
@afewbugs good call! Tho the ones I'm finding seem closer to Bi flag colours:

@Tattie Solomon's seal. Got left a pot by previous owner of last house in Wales, it flourished in a shady spot in the patio, it was one of the few pots I brought here, and last autumn I got it unpotted, divided, and planted out. All four clumps have survived, and one is just coming into flower.

Elephants ear (bergenia) and brunnera Jack Frost both did well for us in Cambridge, but the brunera didn't do so well in Wales. I should try and get some of these for the shady borders here.

@sparrowsion ooh, some nice ones here
