I wonder how they did the title bar, did they use a (hidden) API to load an image into it, or is just a visual trick? The whole bar acts like normal and the texture does go away when the program is unfocused, so I'm leaning towards "API"
@maya Interesting. I also checked and there is a clear difference now when it's not in focus. The titlebar reverts to the normal Windows 95 look, with the correct program icon in the top left.
The Windows logo when it is focused must be a side effect of an API, where the developers didn't set a custom icon, maybe because it isn't shown in Windows 3.x.
I'm curious why not more programs used this decoration. Or did they and I just can't think of any other examples?
