On Exoplanet 79473 there are flowers that look just like flowers on Earth. But the life cycle is different. It is part of a symbiotic relationship. The equivalent to an earthen bee is called Erysithsilo that lays it eggs in the winter pod of this flower. When the flower blooms the Erysithsilo grows in a yellow ball at the centre of the flower, once it matures it pushes it’s way out of the pod, with it’s three antennae coming out first. In doing this, the native bee pollinates the plant as well as perpetuates its own life.
