Billy: *sees Snapdragon X2 numbers* OK fine, I'll finally see if Windows on ARM is worth owning unlike my Surface Pro X paperweight. And vcpkg customers have been asking for our experience with that to suck less.
Best Buy: Fine, release date is April 30

Initial results are promising. I sadly already ran into at least 1 vcpkg bug: we use the x64 7zip instead of the arm64 one.
