FrankSupervisor, always near, always checking on me.
Supervisor got the zoomies going and went for a sprint. So my lad decided to join in and chased her. Then they swapped and she chased him into the laundry then he galloped out and she chased for a bit then stopped. No aggro or fluffed up tails. Playing I hope?
After a morning of galloping about, then it's time for some strict supervision of me, via closed eyes.
Today I found my lad sprawled on the couch, so I sat with him and gave him belly rubs, which he loves. Suddenly a very loud motorbike went by, and the kittens scattered to hide from the noise. I stayed on the couch and waited quietly and for the first time ever, my lad came back eventually and lay on the couch beside me again. 😭
So this was going on until Supervisor sniffed his butt. He didn't appreciate that so there were paws flailing and then two departures from the rug.
Got home to discover the water bowl was empty. As soon as I topped it up, he was in there.
Got given a Lindt bunny which we destroyed today. Now Supervisor's gone to sleep on the bunny bell 🥰
Middle management are in a very important meeting right now, and cannot be disturbed.
The babies were being quiet this afternoon so I checked on them and found them cuddled together on my bed for the first time. So cute.
This kitten is very insistent on curling up next to me and I hold her paw and we nap together
Retired my kitten jeans recently, they were looking quite raggedy and worn out. I had just got some new ones when the kittens arrived. Little tabby learned to climb up my shins, and they grew many tiny white loops of thread over time. She's dropped the habit now she can jump. I miss those little needles digging into my skin as she determinedly climbed me like a tree whether I wanted it or not. 😭 She would also use my runners to sharpen the needles, tiny paws pounding on my toes. It was adorable.
