In the TTRPG, the Voodoo Boyz were a predominantly white and pretty toothless posergang. In this game they were changed into a primarily Afro-Caribbean, extremely secretive and dangerous gang of highly skilled hackers. Mike Pondsmith is on record saying how much better he likes CDPR's version, with transition between the two versions happening officially in Cyberpunk RED. #Cyberpunk2077
