Euphoria 💕How is the dishwasher working? If it works fine there's probably no reason to update the dishwasher. Did you ever actually connect it to your WiFi and, if so, why?
@EuphoriaLavender the notifications it sends about status and needing refills (e.g. salt) are extremely helpful for me to keep on top of dishes with my ADHD brain.
we have severe food intolerances and need to cook everything from scratch, so I have two loads a day even though we’re just two people.
Gosh, that does seem helpful but it seems like it should be able to monitor itself and send the messages without being online. Maybe the software update contains more useful functions though.
@EuphoriaLavender iirc think notifications would be possible for devices with Thread/Matter (and e.g. HomeKit) with no direct internet access for the devices
